No excuses!!! Did you know that Edmonton has some of the best trails and they are mapped out for us? Edmonton’s River Valley has over 160+km of tails for us to run, walk, bike and to even dance on….if dancing is your thing! There is no excuse to not get up and start taking care of yourself. There is no greater way to meet new people with the same goals in mind – get fit/stay fit! and there is no better way to have your breath taken away by the beauty right in our own backyard!
