I hope you are all staying safe indoors and out when you need to be outdoors. Some of you were in the market to buy your forever home and some were wanting to sell. Is it safe to be shopping for homes today? Some would say it most certainly is but be safe! Wearing protective gear, such as gloves and a mask along with glasses can help protect not only you but the sellers as well. 
 

Please ask your realtor to have buyers sign the COVID Hold Harmless form. And take all precautionary measures. Leave some sanitizer by the door for buyers, a box of gloves may be nice too. Place a note on the door outside that if anyone is experiencing any symptoms of COVID to please not come in. 

Other ways to view a listing....Have your Realtor FaceTime you while they are inside. And most listings have a link where the sellers realtor has made a video of the premises. 

I use a mixture of pinesol and water in my water bottle to kill any germs at home. Sanitizer is always kept in my purse and is at the ready!
